Refund Policy
SharpKids.pk (SMC) Private Limited

Digital Products & Subscriptions
Our content is digital and delivered instantly, which includes:
- Video lessons
- Interactive educational content
- Downloadable materials
- Monthly or yearly subscriptions
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds for:
- Downloaded or streamed content
- Unused time remaining on a subscription
- Change of mind or accidental purchases
However, we may make exceptions under specific circumstances (see Section 3).
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- 1Logging into your SharpKids.pk account
- 2Navigating to the "My Account" or "Billing" section
- 3Selecting "Cancel Subscription"
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to content until your paid period expires. No partial refunds are issued for early cancellation.
Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)
We may consider a refund if:
- You were charged more than once for the same subscription (duplicate charge)
- A technical error prevented access to the service despite support intervention
- A subscription was auto-renewed and you contact us within 3 days of renewal
In such cases, please email us at hello@SharpKids.pk with:
- Your registered email address
- Date of transaction
- Payment reference or screenshot
- Reason for requesting a refund
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Sharp Kids and processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days if approved.
No Refunds for Trial Plans or Promotional Offers
We do not issue refunds for:
- Free trials converted into paid subscriptions (unless cancelled before the trial ends)
- Discounted or promotional offers
- Gifted subscriptions
Payment Disputes
Please contact us directly before raising any dispute with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in a permanent ban from the platform.
No Refunds on Customized Products
At SharpKids.pk, all our physical products are custom-made and personalized according to the details provided by the customer. Because of the customized nature of our products, we have a strict but fair refund policy.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not applicable for personalized or customized products, including:
- Products with custom names, text, images, or designs
- Made-to-order educational kits or learning materials
- Any item created specifically based on customer-provided instructions
This policy exists because customized products cannot be resold or reused.
We will replace the product or offer a refund only if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an incorrect item (different from what was ordered)
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be provided
- The issue must be verified by our support team
If a refund or replacement is approved, the customer is required to:
- Send the product back in its original condition and packaging
- Share the courier receipt and tracking details with our support team
Note: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the error was from SharpKids.pk's side.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing:
- Spelling of names
- Selected designs
- Colors, sizes, and customization details
SharpKids.pk will not be responsible for errors made due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.
