• The Services are designed for children aged 2 to 10, but registration and account management must be handled by a parent or legal guardian.
• Children must use the platform under the supervision of a parent, teacher, or guardian.
• By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal guardian of the child accessing the content.

• You may be required to create an account to access some content or features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Some content may be offered on a subscription or pay-per-use basis.
• All pricing and billing information will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store credit card information.
• Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

• All videos, graphics, music, characters, and learning modules on SharpKids.pk are the intellectual property of Sharp Kids (SMC) Private Limited or licensed third parties.
• You may not copy, download, reproduce, or redistribute any content for commercial or public use.
• Content is intended for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

Users may not:

• Use the platform for unlawful or harmful activities
• Upload or share offensive or inappropriate content
• Interfere with the platform's security or performance
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Use automated scripts or bots to collect information

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

We are committed to providing a safe, ad-free, and age-appropriate environment. However:

• Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's activity on the platform.
• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable parental consent.
