At SharpKids.pk, we specialize in personalized and customized educational products. Each order is carefully prepared to ensure quality and accuracy. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

  • Once an order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, it is sent for processing and customization.
  • Because our products are personalized, order processing begins immediately and cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all customization details (names, spellings, designs, colors, etc.) are correct at the time of order placement.

Processing Time

  • Order processing and production typically take 3–7 working days, depending on the product type and customization requirements.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Customers will be informed if delays occur.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Once the order is completed, it will be dispatched through our partner courier services.
  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2–5 working days, depending on the destination city.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across Pakistan.
  • International shipping is not available unless explicitly mentioned.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Any additional courier fees for remote areas will be communicated to the customer.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and active contact number.
  • SharpKids.pk will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Once dispatched, customers may receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable).
  • Customers can track their shipment directly with the courier company.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If a package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence. Claims reported after this period may not be entertained.
